Motherhood isn’t all snuggles and sweet moments. With the responsibility of a newborn baby comes plenty of sleepless nights and worries, spitup and tears. But in all of that, there is beauty, it’s just rarely documented. Baby Lila was not feeling so great for her newborn session and at the beginning it clear that she was sleepy but uncomfortable. But mama and grandma both loved on their baby girl and gave her everything she needed until at last she was feeling better and settled into a deep sleep. All that time I was photographing them, together. I’m in love with the images we created and I’m happy to share this beautiful session with you.
