Living in the heart of Niagara, I always feel we are so incredibly blessed with abundance. Everywhere you look there are farms, orchards, vineyards, crops, herds, gardens, lakes and forests, creeks filled with fish. It’s truly an incredible piece of land and I love getting out and exploring all Niagara has to offer. Each year when the orchards begin to bloom, Vineland and the surrounding areas are filled with tourists who want to capture the beauty of the rows on rows of sweetly perfumed flowering trees. And each year I offer a limited number of sessions, ‘In The Blooms’ to my clients. Luckily, Shari (who really wanted her maternity session in the blooms but was 9 months pregnant) managed to NOT give birth until after we had our session together. I’m so glad, because the images are so pretty and fitting – both she and the orchard are in full bloom and spectacularly gorgeous.
You may recognize this sweet family as I’ve photographed them many times over the last few years. I love working with them and seeing their family continue to grow.
