I’ve lost track now of how many times I’ve photographed this sweet family and I have to say that being a families photographer is a really special thing. Since we have gotten to know each other over the years our sessions flow so smoothly! There is no awkwardness or small talk, instead we can talk about the ins and outs of raising children and our passions for our work and how the girls have grown. I know that music is a big part of how they enjoy time as a family and quite often when we need a smile from the girls, we are getting it by singing songs that they know and love. I love that Constance recognizes me and my studio, it helps so much that they already trust me and know that their time with me will be fun! With that trust already in place, all that’s left is for me to step back and photograph them as they play with the girls, documenting natural moments and a few portraits in between. These are some of their favourites from their Petite Session with me. Summer was in full bloom and I miss that sunshine already!
