One of the things I strongly subscribe to as a newborn photographer is baby led posing. I will never struggle for hours to get a baby in a pose that is not comfortable for them or that they simply don’t like. Sweet Calan had a sore tummy and broke my recent string of perfectly easy and sleepy babies, but it didn’t matter. We were still able to capture beautiful images of him resting easily in poses that he was comfortable in, creating dreamy, serene imagery that his parents are sure to enjoy for years to come!
