Brendan… oh how he melted my heart. There’s something about him that reminds me so much of my own babies as newborns. Mine were always so petite and never really had hair either so I just felt so at home with him in my arms. Mom & Dad preferred not to be photographed and so we simply incorporated Daddy’s hands in some of the portraits, which I feel always shows their tiny size compared to an adult. Absolutely precious. He fought sleep for a little but it’s awfully hard to resist the warmth, the cozy wrapping and the soothing sounds of the studio. It was nice to be able to document him both wide awake and sleeping! And in just one Petite Session we were able to get eyes open and closed, smiles and adorable crying faces and all his precious details. We framed one of these beautiful portraits for their home and the neutral tones used in his session means that the frame can move anywhere in the home and fit in perfectly, always reminding them of their precious gift and bringing a smile to their face!

Specializing in maternity, newborn, & baby portraits, my style is natural, simple, & organic. From my home-based studio in Vineland, I serve all of the Niagara area & beyond (including Stoney Creek, Burlington, Aldershot, Mount Hope, Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas).
